Speaker Biography: Mr. Corby has over 40 years of experience in IT strategy, operations, development and security and has successfully managed security as an executive for Netigy, QinetiQ, Gartner, META Group and CIO for a division of Ashland Oil and Bain & Company. A frequent global speaker and author, he was one of the founders of (ISC)², Inc. A business owner for over 20 years (M Corby & Associates, Inc.), Mike has established a reputation for creativity and excellence in technology and its application to business needs. He holds a BS EE degree from WPI, is a PMP, CCP and a CISSP.

Andy Jones CISSP - Principal Research Consultant, Information Security Forum
Presentation Title: Threat Horizon 2010 - Information Security Threats of the Future
Speaker Biography: Andy Jones is the Principal Research Consultant with the Information Security Forum - an independent, not-for-profit association of around 300 of the worlds’ leading organizations. Andy joined the Information Security Forum (ISF) in 2004, bringing a solid industry background within information security. He has over twenty years experience within the IT industry working in a number of roles ranging from programming to technical strategy for blue chip companies. Prior to joining ISF, Andy was head of information security at a major UK retailer, having previously been a security consultant for a large international airline. Andy has extensive experience of working in outsourcing environments and specialist skills in disaster recovery.

Alex Horan - Director of Product Management with Core Security Technologies
Presentation Title: Current and Emerging Threats
Speaker Biography: As Director of Product Management at Core Security Technologies, Alex Horan is responsible for driving development of the CORE IMPACT family of automated security testing solutions, including design of the products’ functional capabilities and technical architecture. Horan most recently spearheaded development of IMPACT Essential, the company’s solution for remote and distributed computing environments, helping Core to launch only its second product line in its decade-plus history. Having worked previously in operational security roles for a range of large and mid-sized companies, Alex has over 12 years of experience working with hardware and software-based security tools, vulnerability assessment and penetration testing technologies, and systems and network administration and auditing.
